Meet our Founder / Chief Executive Officer

Janet Jones-Jordan, CDP®, is a Certified Diversity Practitioner, boasting over 15 years of dedicated experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  She is graduate of Shorter University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.  She is also a business professional that helps organizations become more inclusive in service and professional development. With an extensive background spanning more than 15 years as an autism mom and 8 years as a disability professional, Janet brings a deeply personal and professional understanding to her advocacy work.

Janet is driven by her passion for developing inclusive programs, expanding access to services in low-resourced and underserved communities.  She is a sought consultant for her trainings to businesses, faith-based organizations,  government and nonprofit organizations.

Recognizing the power of collaboration, Janet actively partners with other disability organizations to leverage collective strengths and create impactful programs and engagement opportunities. She ensures and empowers individuals and families with disabilities to access the resources they need.

Janet is unwavering in her commitment to ensuring that all people with disabilities are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. She is dedicated to promoting independence and maximizing the potential of every individual, advocating tirelessly for their right to live fulfilling lives to the best of their abilities.
