Calculated Pathways, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children, teens, and adults with disabilities including autism and other neurodivergent conditions. We are committed to ensuring safety within communities, and fostering inclusivity across our programs, in businesses, recreational activities, and faith-based organizations.
We provide a range of specialized services, including summer camps, social skills groups, parent support groups, and inclusion training. Through our “Compassionate Hearts” Inclusive Ministry Training, we assist faith-based organizations in developing inclusive spaces and programs. Additionally, we also offer comprehensive training to address unconscious bias and belonging challenges.
Lastly, we recognize the critical importance of ongoing professional development. Therefore, we offer training programs designed to cultivate an inclusive and supportive organizational environment to support those with neurodivergent conditions. Our professional development training encompasses inclusive leadership, personal growth, ethical practices, change management, professional skill enhancement, and excellence in customer service, equipping organizations with the necessary knowledge, skills, and strategies to succeed.
