Calculated Pathways, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children, teens, and adults with autism and other abilities. Our mission is to empower individuals to live as independently as possible. We are committed to promoting equity in health, ensuring safety within communities, and fostering inclusivity across businesses, recreational activities, and faith-based organizations.
We provide a range of specialized services, including summer camps for individuals with special needs, social skills groups, parent support groups, and autism training. Through our “Compassionate Hearts” Inclusive Ministry Training, we assist faith-based organizations in developing inclusive ministries. Additionally, we also offer comprehensive training on belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion to address unconscious bias, prejudice, and inequities, particularly in their most subtle forms, to foster sustainable change.
Lastly, we recognize the critical importance of ongoing professional development. Therefore, we offer training programs designed to cultivate an inclusive and supportive organizational environment to support those with autism and other abilities. Our professional development training encompasses inclusive leadership, personal growth, ethical practices, change management, professional skill enhancement, and excellence in customer service, equipping organizations with the necessary knowledge, skills, and strategies to succeed.
