Rick Knight has been a licensed financial professional for more than 20 years, holding 5
securities and insurance license, and the founder and owner of Servant Financial Group, a
boutique financial services firm that specializes in financial planning solutions for parents who
have children with special needs children and the pastoral profession.
Rick Knight is the author of 5 books on various financial planning subjects, has been a
contributor to Black Enterprise Magazine, featured in Who’s Who in Black Atlanta. He is also a special needs advocate, and the radio host of the only radio program exclusively for the empowerment of the special needs community.
Rick Knight created and taught a financial literacy curriculum at Georgia State University and
the Atlanta Job Corps and has championed financial literacy for more than two decades.
Most recently, Rick Knight created the nations’ first life planning course for parents who have
children with disabilities, which was purchased by the Georgia Department of Education State
Schools.
