Santee Ball, Executive Assistant

Santee Ball is a Georgia native. She is a sister to 8 siblings, and mother to her 6-year-old son Caleb, who is diagnosed with autism.  Santee is the owner of Santee Client Services, which is a service that specializes in virtual and in-person administrative support and customer service for small businesses. 

Santee recently graduated from Georgia Piedmont Technical College earning her Degree in Early Childhood Education Program Administration. She has worked in childcare for the past 7 years. Santee is a former childcare director, has a passion for children and is instrumental in navigating them towards success.

Prior to becoming a mother, she helped to aid her god-sister who is severely disabled. So, at a young age, Santee found her love and compassion for children and adults with disabilities. Today, she continues to advocate for her son, children & adults with disabilities.  

Santee was inspired to join Calculated Pathways because her son's circumstances are a lot like other minority children. She recognized that minority communities are not afforded the same resources as other communities, so she chose to align with the organization to help make a difference by ensuring equity of resources and services is distributed to those who need it most.
