Valerie Jackson, RN

Valerie Jackson is the Program Director for a Medi-Cal program, Enhanced Care Management (ECM) designed for people with complex needs facing difficult life and health circumstances.

Valerie has had a lifelong passion for helping and supporting those who are most vulnerable. As a nurse, she has been able to combine her passion with a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. 

Valerie has over 25 years experience in Nursing.  She has spent years being an advocate for those without a voice to ensure their complex needs and healthcare needs are being addressed. Her experience includes School Nurse for Special Education and over 10 years experience working with developmentally disabled medically fragile adults. 

She values the importance of patient-centered care and enjoys working with her team to ensure her patients are receiving the best possible care and she also enjoys the engagement of those in the program.
